            <title>Hartley, Crisco Welcome Clean-up Funding for Naugatuck Redevelopment</title>
            <description>State Senators Joan V. Hartley (D-Waterbury) and Joseph J. Crisco, Jr. (D-Woodbridge), whose districts each include a portion of Naugatuck, today welcomed word about final approval for a Brownfield Redevelopment Grant for the borough. The grant will help underwrite conversion of an 11.7-acre parcel at 6 Rubber Avenue in downtown Naugatuck that had been the site of rubber manufacturing for most of the past 150 years.</description>
