Senate Bill 872 was placed on a consent calendar and is expected to pass unanimously later today.
State Senator Terry Gerratana (D-New Britain) today welcomed the State Bond Commission’s approval of funding for the purchase of generators at the Klingberg Family Centers and the North American Family Institute of Connecticut (NAFI CT). In light of the severe weather that has struck Connecticut in recent years, it has become clear that this critical infrastructure upgrade is needed. The resources offered by Klingberg Family Centers and NAFI CT are too vital to be cut off by power loss.
